Healthy Cereal

Assalamualaikum and good afternoon ladies and gentleman....
yuhuuuiiii....how are you..??
yess im fine..thank you...
alright,today i want to tell to all readers my new cereal....
do you like to eat cereal for your breakfast or lunch or dinner...
owwhhh my goodddd..!!..every day you just eat cereal..??serious..??
eeiihhh..what the taste??
you don't feel bored every day you eat cereal..??




heeiii....of course la bored ok...
not every want to eat or I am hungry, I eat cereal ..
  i eat cereal in the morning or evening...
let me tell you,cereal is a good food for someone on diet or 
someone always hungry and like to eat junkfood.
In hypermarket,many type of cereal you can found and
many type from any branches.
And the most famous is Coco Crunch from Nestle...
 taraaaaa....

haaa..its really delicious right...
but now i try to eat honey star with low fat milk fro dutch lady....
Last day im going to hypermarket (econsave)..i found new cereal.
i dont this cereal from where...
and lets check it out!!

Actually,Garnola have a three types or three flavors.
Granola with dark chocolate  
Granola with fruit
Granola with walnut




even garnola have a flavor with chocolate or walnut..
its not make u have hight cholesterol or make u fat ok..
before buying this cereal
  i have examined carefully.
but each type of flavor granola have a different level calcium and carbohydrates.
So,you need to choosing a good flavor for you.
because I like chocolate
so i prefer granola with dark chocolate....



*ni la rupa granola dark chocolate....cedappp...just try ok!





You can make youself in the kitchen (homemade)
I'm not sure from where the original food of this granola.
if anyone knows, do not forget to let me know ok ..
and this is homemade granola ...

  1. haha, i dont like to eat any cereal, even morning,evening or whatever lah, bcoz, it make me feel sleepy and lazy to do the work. I HATE CEREAL! haaha :P

    Depending on a person's body.
    some people are eat cereal every morning and still energized until the evening.
    and some cannot eat cereal because cereal is not delicious such as rendang ayam..hahaha!!
    But cereal is a healthy food.....
